The demo runs in your browser. Details you enter, such as your system, entity count, project drivers and questions to the adviser, exist only on your screen and are sent to our servers solely at the moment you ask the demo to generate content. We pass that text to our AI provider, return the generated result to your screen, and keep no copy. There is no account, nothing is saved, and closing the tab permanently discards your session.
Please treat the demo accordingly: it needs only general details, so we suggest not entering sensitive personal information about identifiable individuals. Content the demo generates is illustrative guidance to support your project, not professional, financial or legal advice.
Generation is performed by Anthropic, the maker of the Claude models, through their commercial API. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, content submitted through the API is not used to train their AI models by default. Anthropic is a US company; transfers are covered by the safeguards in their data processing addendum, which we have accepted. Their privacy documentation is at anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
The website and demo are hosted by Netlify, which, like most hosting providers, keeps short lived technical logs (such as IP addresses and requested pages) for security and operations. We use these only to run and protect the service.
The demo places one small identifier and a counter in your browser's local storage. Their only job is enforcing the free demo's fair use limit. They do not track you across sites, are not shared with advertisers, and are not used for analytics. Because this storage is strictly necessary to run the service and we set no advertising or analytics cookies, no consent banner is required. You can clear it any time via your browser settings.
If you contact hello@aisimplement.com, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to help you and for our records, and we do not add you to any marketing list without asking.

Under UK data protection law you have rights over personal data we hold about you, including access, correction and deletion. Because the demo stores nothing, in practice these mostly apply to email correspondence. Write to hello@aisimplement.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
When the full Simplement product launches, with accounts, saved projects and payments, this notice will be replaced by a fuller set of terms, a privacy policy and a data processing agreement, and the date above will change. Material changes will always be reflected on this page.
